St. Joan of Arc
Feast: May 30“The Maid of Orleans”
She led the French army to several important victories during the Hundred Years' War and was later martyred at the young age of 19.
St. Joseph Cafasso
Feast: June 23“Known for his work as a priest and confessor, and for his deep commitment to spiritual guidance and care for the poor.”
St. Leonard of Noblac
Feast: November 6“St. Leonard is known for his dedication to the monastic life and for his work in freeing captives.”
St. Marcellinus
Feast: April 6“St. Marcellinus is known for being a Pope and for his martyrdom during the persecution of Christians under Emperor Diocletian.”
St. Maximilian Kolbe
Feast: August 14“Knight of the Immaculata”
A Polish Franciscan friar who volunteered to die in place of a stranger at the Auschwitz concentration camp.
St. Nicholas Owen
Feast: March 22“Nicholas Owen was a Jesuit priest and martyr known for his role in the English Catholic underground.”
St. Symphorian
Feast: August 22“St. Symphorian is known for his unwavering faith in the face of persecution and his inspirational martyrdom.”
