St. Anastasia

A Roman martyr who was known for visiting and caring for imprisoned Christians.

Biography

Anastasia was the daughter of a pagan father and a Christian mother. She spent her life and fortune ministering to those suffering in prison for their faith. She was finally martyred by being burned at the stake during the Diocletian persecution.
