Biography
St. Willibrord was a Benedictine monk from England who became a missionary in the continental Europe during the early Middle Ages. He founded several churches and established the diocese of Utrecht, becoming its first bishop. His dedicated work in evangelizing the Frisians earned him the title of a revered saint in both local and broader Christian contexts.
