Biography
St. Scholastica was a devoted follower of Christ and the twin sister of St. Benedict, the founder of Western monasticism. She established the Women's Benedictine order and dedicated her life to prayer, teaching, and the spiritual growth of her sisters. Her life exemplified the harmony of contemplation and service, influencing many within the faith.
