Biography

St. Oscar Romero was a prominent Salvadoran archbishop who spoke out against human rights abuses during the Salvadoran Civil War. Known for his unwavering commitment to social justice, he advocated for the vulnerable and marginalized in society. His life was tragically cut short when he was assassinated while celebrating Mass on March 24, 1980.
