Biography

St. Cyril and Methodius were two brothers from Greece who played a pivotal role in spreading Christianity among the Slavic nations. They are credited with developing the Glagolitic script, which was a precursor to the Cyrillic alphabet, allowing Slavic peoples to read and write in their own language. Their dedication to education and evangelization laid the foundation for the rich Christian heritage of Eastern Europe.
