Biography

St. Nektarios was a Greek Orthodox bishop who was falsely accused of corruption and stripped of his position. Rather than fight back, he accepted his disgrace with humility and devoted himself to writing, teaching, and building the Holy Trinity Convent on the island of Aegina. He is one of the most beloved modern Greek saints.
